More fallout from the Burlington company with a bogus product.
Four people associated with Majestic Supply Company have been found guilty of trading in securities without being registered, among other things.
They are Herb Adams of Ancaster, Mary Kricfalusi of Oakville, Steve Bishop of St. Catharines and an Alberta man.
Majestic Supply claimed to have a patented new type of ink that was going to revolutionize the global printing industry.
But there was no miracle ink.
This case has already resulted in fraud charges.
It's alleged the four principals raised $5.3 million from 134 investors.
The Ontario Securities Commission will determine sanctions on March 15th.
