Officials in Norfolk County are hoping the third time is a charm.
They are considering asking the province again for a moratorium on wind turbine development, until new studies on the potential health effects are completed.
The province has twice ejected similar requests for a moratorium from Norfolk County.
The Green Energy Act currently restricts municipalities in having any say in wind and solar energy developments.
