It appears that the winner of Saturday's LOTTO 6/49 jackpot wants to do a little bit of planning before coming forward to claim their 30 million dollar prize.
OLG spokesperson Sarah Kiriliuk originally expected the claim to be made on Monday, but now says it will tomorrow or perhaps later in the week.
She does confirm that the winner has been identified after going to a Hamilton retailer and scanning their ticket at a counter.
Kiriliuk also explains they can't reveal where in Hamilton the winning ticket was purchased since that information is part of the prize claim process.
