Hamilton's Public School Board will be considering a levy for home builders who develop areas where new schools will be needed.
This after it was told the board may qualify for Educational Development Charges because of the pending high school closures and recent Education Ministry funding announcements.
Hamilton’s Catholic board already has a development levy.
