Earlier this week his father was charged -- and now the head honcho of the company known as IZMS is facing charges.
28-year-old Adam Wookey of Toronto, the CEO of IZMS and PurePillz, was arrested this morning and is charged with 2 counts of trafficking a controlled substance.
Hamilton Police say the arrest is in connection with the ongoing investigation into the production and sale of synthetic marijuana.
Police allege the stuff was sold through local sex shops, convenience stores and head shops.
Wookey's father Peter was charged earlier this week.
Adam Wookey, though, has challenged police claims that the product is illegal.
