A Hamilton man has ben arrested and charged for defrauding an elderly couple while he was their Personal Support Worker.
The investigation revealed a PSW employed by the couple forged several cheques over the course of three months.
Police say several transactions also took place after the PSW was no longer employed in the home.
One of the deposits was captured on video at an ATM on the Hamilton Mountain. Close to $10, 000 was deposited into the accused account over the three month period.
24 year old Erick Rodriguez of Hamilton has been charged with fraud over $5, 000, fraud under $5, 000 and uttering a forged document.
