The search for a missing teenager from Brampton has gone nation wide.
Nine outdoor billboards spread across Toronto, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick have been donated to assist Peel police in the search for 16 year old Mila Johnson.
Johnson was last seen on August 3, 2012, leaving her home after a verbal argument with her family.
She is described as bi-racial with a medium complexion, 5’2" 130 lbs., with brown eyes and long straight brown hair below the shoulders.
The clothing she was wearing at the time is unknown.
An extensive investigation has been ongoing since her disappearance. It's hoped the billboard campaign will keep the investigation fresh and that someone will see the signs and make the call that will lead to locating Mila.
