A snowmobile fatality in Flamborough.
Hamilton Police say it happened in the area of Westover Road and Safari Road just after 7:30 Saturday night.
They say a lone male left a friend's residence and quickly approached a tree line which he failed to avoid.
His machine flipped, sending him into the trees.
When he failed to return, his friends began a search and found his lifeless body.
He was pronounced dead at the scene after paramedics arrived.
His name and age haven't been released.
Police say alcohol and speed were factors in the mishap.
