This is the place that you’ll likely find a bit of yourself and hopefully a laugh or two as Rebecca and Jamie take on the trials, tribulations and fun of everyday life.  Along with regular guests and an every growing cast of characters, you’ll hear stories about real life, real parenting, money, travel, leisure, health and lifestyle.  Don’t look for politicians and pundits here.

Jamie West
Jamie is a 25 year veteran radio and television personality.    He began his career in Toronto in 1986 as a radio reporter and producer.  He later moved back to his hometown Hamilton to work as a reporter, producer and anchor at CHCH TV.

Rebecca West
Rebecca is a 15 year veteran of the broadcasting industry in marketing, promotion and sales.   She has worked for some of the biggest media players in Canada including, WIC, Canwest and Shaw.
