A 12-year old boy is in hospital after falling about 10-metres at Albion Falls.
Emergency crews were called to area of Mountain Brow Boulevard and Mud Street just after 6 o’clock Saturday evening and firefighters performed a partial rope rescue to get to the boy.
He had landed on rocks and suffered serious injuries.
The boy is listed in stable condition at McMaster Childrens Hospital.
Just over an hour before the boy was rescued, firefighters had to rescue a 19-year old man who had fallen from his bike and down the escarpment.
It happened near West Fifth Street, north of Fennel Avenue West just before 5 p-m.
The man suffered only minor injuries after falling about eight metres.
