“It’s not what’s on your head, it’s what’s in your head.”
The people of Lakeridge Health Hospital in Durham region get it.
Too bad the separatist government elected in Quebec doesn’t.
That was the slogan on an ad that ran in Montreal’s McGill University newspaper along with a picture of a woman doctor in a hijab.
Since the ad ran, and went viral, the hospital HR department has been flooded with applicants for positions, which they have dozens available.
Quebec’s PR embarrassment has lead to a PR opportunity for this hospital; and those looking for a life style free of the hassles of separatation and the hate culture it breeds.
The campaign, that originated within the organization, has solidified the hospitals reputation in the region as perusing the best in the world.
No matter what your heritage.
The hospital admits it’s not expecting an influx of applicants from Quebec although it has attracted media attention there.
In a country of immigrants, this province is doing its best to drive away everyone and the prosperity they bring.
But then again, haven’t they have been doing that since the 1970’s.
