Another hockey gold for Canada!

Canada has successful defended the Olympic men’s hockey gold medal it won in Vancouver four years ago with a 3-0 victory over Sweden.

Team Canada dominated throughout the championship game in Sochi.

Jonathan Toews opened the scoring with a tip-in goal midway through the first period.

Sidney Crosby scored on a breakaway at 15:43 of the second.

Chris Kunitz rounded out the scoring midway through the third period.

Goalie Carey Price got his second consecutive shutout as Canada goes through the tournament undefeated.

Canada finishes third in terms of gold medals and fourth in the overall medal standings with 25 —10 gold, 10 silver and five bronze.
