A 35 year old Brantford man is facing charges after a crash this weekend.

Hamilton police responded to a call in the Winterberry and Mud Street area for a motorcycle that clipped the front of another vehicle, lost control and struck a curb.

The injured motorcyclist left the scene by flagging down another passing motorist.  Realizing that something wasn’t right, the passerby asked the injured driver to get out of her car.

Police later located the driver and arrested him for Fail to Remain.

The investigation showed that the motorcycle was improperly plated.
