The 39th Annual Festival of Friends kicks off this weekend.
The three day free music festival returns to the Ancaster Fairgrounds and will feature rock acts Down with Webster, Ronnie Hawkins & The Hawks and Finger Eleven.
Country performers Doc Walker and Pam Tillis will also perform on the Sunday night.
Manager, Loren Lieberman, says music lovers will be pleased to hear that the festival will once again feature a museum of artifacts from years past.
The museum will display over 600 musical artifacts, while also hosting an alumni stage showcasing music from the 70′s and 80′s.
For those looking to attend this year’s festival, the HSR will be running an express shuttle bus to the festival all weekend long, departing from King Street opposite the MacNab Street terminal, every 15 minutes.
