A 40 year old Hamilton man is facing charges after police received a call from paramedics Saturday night.
Just before 11 p.m., a grey coloured vehicle was observed driving erratically in the area of Main Street West and Haddon Avenue South.
Paramedics notofied police, who then located the vehicle.
Police say the man was arrested for impaired driving and transported to the police station where he failed breath tests.
His vehicle was towed and impounded.
The man is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and impaired operation of a motor vehicle over 80 milligrams.
The man was released on a promise to appear in court at a future date to answer to the charges.
