Lawyers at the Tim Bosma murder trial will begin to make their closing arguments Tuesday.
The return to the John Sopinka Courthouse comes a day earlier than originally planned.
Jurors were originally expected to return to court on Wednesday, but the extra day will give lawyers enough time to summarize their case.
Jurors have listened to 16 weeks of testimony and has seen numerous exhibits in the case against Dellen Millard and Mark Smich.
Both have pleaded not guilty to first degree murder.
Following closing arguments, the judge will charge the jury to begin deliberating a verdict.
