It may have been a creative way to solve a problem… but it didn’t impress Guelph Police.
A man has had his vehicle pulled from the road after he was spotted driving without headlights at around 10:30 Monday night.
Guelph police say an officer thought he saw a bike on the road, but it was a vehicle with no headlights.
Instead, the driver was wearing a head lamp.
To make matters worse, the car was clocked going 108 km/h in a 70 zone.
The 35 year old driver has been charged with speeding and operating an unsafe vehicle.
