Another video of a thrill seeker has surfaced online, in which a para-glider jumps off the Dundas Peak, flying over houses to land in a field.
The video, filmed on September 21st, has caught the attention of Transport Canada and the Hamilton Conservation Authority.
A spokesperson with Transport Canada says the agency will look into the situation and take appropriate action if noncompliance with rules are found.
The Conservation Authority says paragliding is prohibited on HCA lands and their lawyers have been contacted for their opinion on the incident.
Just last month, a video surfaced of a man walking along the top structure of the Burlington Skyway. A 21 year old man was arrested and charged with trespassing.
